What is your view on this?

Do you believe people are born to be a homosexual or is it something that they choose? The reason I ask is because I have encountered a lot of homosexual posters on another forum who always blame their lifestyle on other things.

I don't think there is a genetic propensity toward homosexuality, or else it would have been eliminated by now. A recessive gene can't be passed on if procreation doesn't exist.
Personally, I think there is a culturally leaning toward it, especially if there exists a bad relationship between a person and the parent of the same sex. And more importantly, I believe the absence of the dad from the home greatly increases the risk of a child to delve into homosexual activity. That's my opinion.

I believe the same thing, but with that being said they are still making a choice whether or not to be a homosexual. God did not create us to be homosexual but some homosexuals insist that they were born that way. Most of them say at an early age they were attracted to the same sex.They sometimes use the excuse that animals practice it all the time. That is significant because by science we are included in the animal family and to the Evolutionist they do not beleive in God and that he created us, so they attempt to justify it.

There are no scientific studies that would suggest or support anyone being born homosexual. All studies point to it being a choice. Most will seek to justify their lifestyle by many variants, but what it comes down to is choice.



I have heard some homosexuals claim that it should be acceptable because it is observed in the animal kingdom, this is not very logical. I believe we are more rational than animals.
